Gail Dothard, CL.N

Hello thanks for stopping by! I’m Gail the founder of Holistic Nutrition With Gail and I’m so happy you decided to check me out. Holistic Nutrition was born from helping my mother care for my two ailing grandmothers. (one suffered from diabetes and the other uterine cancer). At a young age I became interested in nutrition and how with the right foods you could heal your body.

As life happens Ihad avery successful career in Human Resources but never gave up on my dream of opening a business and helping people heal their bodies through food. I have my own struggles with restricting foods and trying to be thin, trying every fad diet out there, and not listening to my body. I finally realized that life is truly about balance .

This is why I strive to help others find their balance with food and their bodies. I am more interested in a person as a whole. There is no one size fits all diet or eating plan.  I want to help you find a better way to manage your health. I don’t believe in removing complete food group but focus on whole food that makes us feel we are at our optimal health. My purpose is to help you heal your physical concerns as well as heal your mind, body and spirit.
